Today’s Prompt: Who’s the most interesting person (or people) you’ve met this year?
Our stories are inevitably linked to the people around us. We are social creatures: from the family members and friends who’ve known us since childhood, to the coworkers, service providers, and strangers who populate our world (and, at times, leave an unexpected mark on us).
Today, write a post focusing on one — or more — of the people that have recently entered your life, and tell us how your narratives intersected. It can be your new partner, your newborn child, or the friendly barista whose real story you’d love to learn (or imagine), or any other person you’ve met for the first time in the past year.
Today’s twist: Turn your post into a character study.

It’s too late to post about it. I admitted, it was difficult to choose the most interesting person. It was a challenge and I had to try to write about it. Okay, here is mine!
I have ever posted about our movement to other village. We met new people. They are our new neighbors. I was worried if my family and I couldn’t adapt with the new place. My anxiousness wasn’t happened, because the people here were very kind to us. They received us with open arms, Masha’Allah. They visited us and talked with us warmly. In the first day, we got nice moment.
Not only adults who were warm and kind to us, but also the children. They were so kind to my son and his cousin. They invited my son to play together. I was so glad to see that. Alhamdulillah!
In the second day, my kids and I tried to go around. It was amazing, when we passed the houses of our neighbors, they gave sweet greeting. We talked again in touch.
“They are too kind, and they have sweethearts!”
I could see their kindness from their words and their manner. I could feel their kindness, anyhow we just met.
In the other day, there was a man who came to our house. He was younger than me, (I will not describe about his physical matter in detail) he explained about himself that he’s an agent of PPOB (Payment Point Online Bank). He offered his business to me. I learned and read his brochure well. I trusted him then. Just simply reason, he is an agent from SIMASTEL (I bought my phone from there). I agreed and decided to receive his offering. He trusted me too!
He said, “You may phone or message me when you need the products, I’ll send them, and you can pay them anytime. Not to worry how to pay it, I’ll come to your house two times in a week. Our big capital is trust. I trust you completely, and please trust me!”
I was glad to meet my new partner in my small business. Just partner, no more! 😀
Recently, I met little friends too. They are students of Elementary School. They’re so adorable, warm and fun! I love them! We often talk about photo printing, editing, and information technology. They are smart!
So, all of them are interesting people for me!
