Live “Not” For Satan!

Yesterday, as we went to school, I read the words the worst words that I have ever read along my life, “LIVE FOR SATAN.” I found it on the T-shirt of an old man. He wore his T-shirt calmly and didn’t pay attention to the words. But, on the title above I put “Not” to against the words.

When I read those words or maybe the motto of life, I thought that man doesn’t understand the meaning of the words. I guessed he’s Moslem.
It was sad, I found the fact many Moslems in my community especially the old people don’t understand at all about English. Poor people.

“LIVE FOR SATAN” astaghfirullah, it’s a part of big shirik for sure. As Moslems, we live in this world for Allah only. We came from Allah, we live for Allah and we’ll be returned to Allah. Let’s correct those words, “LIVE FOR ALLAH!”

“Indeed, I have turned my face toward He who created the heavens and the earth, including toward truth, and I am not of those who associate others with Allah.” Al-An’am:79

May Allah strengthen our faith, ameen!

3 Friends in Our Graves

3 friends

The messenger of Allah (SAW) said: When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things:
1.Sodaqoh jariyah (ceaseless charity)
2.a knowledge which is beneficial
3.or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased).
[Muslim]

From the hadith above, we don’t find and we’ll never read “our beloved family” or “our wonderful friends” in number 4 and 5.

Although our family loves us, they will never accompany us in our graves, so do our friends. They only can send their prayers/ duas for us. It has cleared those only three things who will become our friends next (in the graves). They will accompany us till the Last Day.

So, our tasks in this world are finding supplies (good deeds) for our future lives in akhirat/the Last Day.

May Allah always guide us to His right path!
Allah blesses you all, my friends! Ameen…. ❤

Again, They Asked Me About Allah!

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

ikhlas1

I often get the questions from my son and his cousin about Allah. And we often discuss various topics almost every day. The questions about Allah are the hardest to answer. I always think how to explain it to them simply and clearly. The children usually use their imaginations to describe their Lord. Here are the questions from them:

Who is Allah?

I answered with surah Al-ikhlas. Say, “He is Allah, (who) is One. Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born. Nor is there to Him any equivalent.” So, Allah is our Lord.

Is He like us?

I compared with the things around us, such as chair, house, computer, phone and etc. I asked them, “Who made this chair? They answered, “Human.” Is the maker of chair like this?” They responded, “Ha..ha..ha, the maker isn’t same with his made.” So is Allah! If He is like us, so He is human not God.

Does He sleep?

I used surat Al-Baqoroh 255 to answer it. “Allah – there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep……………….” If Allah sleeps like us, so He is not God. Remember, Allah isn’t a human. He doesn’t need food, sleep and anything that we need.

How big is He?

I compared again with other creations, such as earth, the biggest planet, sun, then the biggest star, then I asked them, you can imagine how big sun is, how large this universe is, and let’s say, “Allah The Greatest.” Allahu Akbar!!

Can we see Him?

We can’t see Him. But, Allah sees us and sees all of things, even the bacteria.

Does He hear our prayers?

Absolutely, he hears all our prayers. He hears what we said in our hearts. We’re his creations, and it’s the very simple thing for Him.

Who is the stronger, Allah or Ghost?

Ghost? Do you believe the presence of ghost? If you’ve ever seen ghost, so he is from jinn who has transformed become ghost. Jinn is Allah’s creation too. Jinn has same duty with us, to worship Allah alone.

Ohhhh, then Allah is the strongest?
Absolutely!

Those are the questions from them. I must ready to answer their next questions. Hem, I have to read Qur’an and books as my references.

PS: Dear friends, if you have other answers about this topic, please share with me. Have you ever received such questions?

Thousand of Muazzin in Indonesia begin reciting the azaan. The process advances towards West Indonesia. One and a half hours after the azaan has been completed in Saibil, it echoes in Jakarta. ……………

Jazakumullah khoir for reading and watching! 🙂

QUR’AN’S VIEW ABOUT PROPHET ISA ‘ALAIHI SALAM

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

As moslems, we strongly believe that Prophet Isa ‘Alaihi Salam is a messenger of Allah, such as Prophet Muhammad SAW and the other prophets before them. Prophet Isa is not Allah’s son.

Allah has explained about it specially in the verses below.

Let’s open our hearths to receive this truth.

Surah An-nisaa 156-159.

And [we cursed them] for their disbelief and their saying against Mary a great slander. [156]  And [for] their saying, “Indeed we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.” And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them.  And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain.[157] Rather, Allah raised him to Himself. And ever is Allah exalted in might and Wise.[158]  And there is none from the People of the Scripture but that he will surely believe in Jews before his death. And on the Day of Resurrection he will be against them a witness. [159]

Surah An-Nisaa 171-172.

O People of the Scripture, do not commit excess in your religion or say about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jessus, The Son of Mary was but a messenger of Allah and His word which He directed to Mary and a soul (created at a command) from Him. So believe in Allah and His messenger and do not say “Three;” desist- it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs .[171]

Never would the Messiah disdain to be a servant of Allah, nor would the angels near [to Him]. And whoever disdain His worship and is arrogant. He will gather them to Himself all together. [172]

The Messiah is a messenger of Allah. May Allah always guides us to His right way and strengthen our faith. There is no deity except Allah.

لا اله الا  الله
