It has been almost 16 days, I lost my Dad. Here, when I write about him, it is not to show my sadness. It’s only in memory of him. Because of him, I AM WHAT I AM TODAY.
He taught me and the other children of his, to love reading, writing, painting and science. To the best of my memory, when I was child (preschool age) my Dad usually gave me a lot of books and pens. He was my first educator and my first teacher.
I,as one of his daughters, can still do some kindness for him. Yes of course, I can keep him in all my prayers throughout my life. I must do that.
Our prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Álaihi Wassalam, has said in his hadith;
Abu Hurayrah rahimahullaah reported that Allaah’s Messenger sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: “When a human being dies, all of his deeds are terminated except for three types: an ongoing sadaqah, a knowledge (of Islaam) from which others benefit, and a righteous child who makes du’aa for him.” (Muslim and others).
I hope your soul rest in peace and get many graces in barzakh, Dad.
أمين يا ربّ العا لمين.
