Wek… wek… wek (the duck character)

Who is your Lord?

Wek…wek…wek

My Lord is Allah

Who is your Prophet?

Wek…wek…wek

My prophet is Muhammad (SAW)

So, you’re Muslim, correct?

Wek…wek..wek

Yes, I’m.

Why do you choose Islam as your religion?

Wek…wek…wek

Because my parents are Muslims,

And so were my forefather.

Do you perform prayers every day?

Wek…wek…wek

Yes, I do.

Why do you perform prayers?

Wek…wek…wek

Because I saw my parents always do prayers.

Do you know your purpose in this life?

Wek…wek…wek

I don’t know. I only do what my parents and my forefather did in their lives.

Do you read Qur’an?

Wek…wek…wek

I do, but I don’t know what Qur’an said. I read it, I memorized it, but I don’t feel that Qur’an as my guidance.

Oh, I see. By the way, why you always say “wek…wek…wek”  before answered my questions?

Wek…wek…wek

I don’t know too, may be it is my habits in answering the questions. LOL! Sorry for that!

LOL! Oh, okay…okay! May I share you something, my friend?

Wek…wek…wek,

Sure you may, please do share!

Thank you so much! Firstly, I hope I don’t follow your habits, he…he in answering the questions.

Brother! I’m  your brother in one faith. I have to remind you to find your purpose in this life. Please read again about the process of human creation surah al-‘alaq verse 2, “Created man from a clinging substance.” We can find about the process of human in other surah. Then learn what Allah said in surah Adh-Dhariyat verse 56, “And I did not create jinn and mankind except to worship Me,” about our tasks in this world, then please read a lot about the hereafter such as Surah Al-Qiyamah, An-Nabaa and so on! From those verses, you’ll get the meaning of your life, your task and the reason why you’re Muslim.

Don’t be like a duck! I’m sure you know what I meant!

Insha’Allah, yes I do know. Jazakallah my brother, you’ve given me the light!

Alhamdulillah, I’m so glad you didn’t say “wek…wek…wek” again. It means you just removed your “duck” character, right? I did it, because I really love you, Brother! We’ve to advise each other.

Alhamdulillah!

I love you too, Brother!

Wek…wek…wek…. sorry, just kidding!   😀

There Were Times

Assalamu’alaikum everyone!

Faith in Islam
http://turntoislam.com/photo/15806/islamic-quotes-faith-in-allah/

There was a time
we were so close
like wood and fire
but we burnt our selves.

There was a time
when we lived
like rain and cloud
but we abolished each other.

There was a time
we lighted other lives
like candles
we burnt our selves … again.

There was a time
our faith increased
high…higher than the Angels.

There was a time
our faith decreased
low…lower than the animals.

ألإيمان يزيد وينقص
Faith increases and decreases.

I am Just Root

Tree is nothing without Root.
Tree is nothing without Root.

I am just Root
Root, people called me
And I am so proud become Root
Tree is nothing without me.

My job isn’t  easy
I have to supply
All my brothers
With water and many nutrients
for surviving.

I don’t think about myself
I do think about others
I don’t care about my life
I do care the other lives.

For them I live
They live not for me
For them I work
They work not for me

I’d be happy if they’re happy
I’d be sad if they’re sad
I don’t need their supports
But, they need my support.

I am happy just being Root
I don’t need high prestige
I don’t need to be famous
I’d like to say:
I am happy just being Root.

I am just Root
Root, people called me
And I am so proud become Root
Tree is nothing without me.

The best people are those who are most beneficial to other people. [Musnad Shihab]

All our work and efforts must be based on faith and devotion to Allah.

Unbeneficial Faith

Faith is a worth gift from Allah. We cannot buy it in markets or any places (I meant, faith is not a commodity), nor from the righteous parents. I have ever read and watched from any medias, a few Muslims sold their faiths and changed by dunya. Prophet Noah Alaihi Salam couldn’t give faith and hidayah to his son and his wife. Our prophet Muhammad SAW couldn’t  give faith to his lovely uncle Abu Thalib. Prophet Luth couldn’t give guidance to his wife. Hidayah and faith are Allah’s authority only.

When we get faith, we should keep it, and pour it with good actions, so our faiths will increased, more and more.

Is there unbeneficial faith?

Yes, there is. Pharaoh’s faith is one of it. Allah has told about Pharaoh and his arrogance in Holy books in many surah and verses. Pharaoh was a man who admitted himself as Lord. He didn’t receive Prophet Moses as Messenger of Allah. He refused Prophet Moses’s precept.

When he met his death, he took shahadah and said, “I’m one of the Muslims.” But, Allah refused Pharaoh’s faith. What unlucky Pharaoh was!

Let’s see the following verses!

An-Nazi’at :23-24

And he gathered [his people] and called out. (23) And said, “I am your most exalted Lord.”

Yunus: 90-92

And We took The Children of Israel across the sea, and Pharaoh and his soldiers pursued them in tyranny and enmity until, when drowning overtook him, he said, “I believe that there is no deity except that in when the Children of Israel believe and I am of the Muslims.” (90)

Now? And you had disobeyed [Him] before and were of the corrupters? (91)

So today We will save you in body that you may be to those who succeed you a sign. And indeed, many among the people of Our signs, are heedless. (92)

Naudzubillah summa naudzubillah! May Allah strengthen our faith and may Allah brighten our hearts, so we can get Allah’s light. Ameen!
