Hand Lettering (3)

I chose the word “Diversity” for my images today. It’s inspired by my friend’s post Coffee + Heart. Besides that, I remembered to national motto of Indonesia, “Bhineka Tunggal Ika” translated into English becomes “Unity in Diversity.”

In Indonesia there are over 300 ethnic groups,  more than 700 languages living, 6 religions, many cultures and etc.

That was why, we use “Bhineka Tunggal Ika” as our national motto to keep the unity.

So, here are the pics:

Firstly I got it in my head. 🙂

Then the second pic:

National motto of Indonesia.

Here, I won’t write more about the diversity, because my title post is “Hand lettering.”

Thanks for stopping bye and viewing!   🙂

  1. How lovely! Your country has a wonderful motto. 700 languages and 300 ethnic groups in the same place sounds interesting, and is something to be proud of. Diversity is a normal part of life. Keep having fun.

    1. thank you, sis! Here, I respect your latest post, that talking about diversity. So, I linked to yours. You know, those languages are more difficult than English, he..he. I only know my mother tongue (Basa Sunda). To know each others, we use Bahasa Indonesia as our national language. English can be the third or maybe the fourth. Thank you for your lovely comment, sister!
