The Dreams of a Small Stone

بارك  الله  فيكم

I’m a small stone
But, I have big dreams!

A friend told me
“Hajar Aswad” is a holy stone
It was put in Ka’bah
Mekkah Al Mukarromah.
It’d be great if
“Hajar Aswad” was me.

The other family of mine
Has told me,
About great stones in surah Al-Fiil
“And He sent against them (the companions of the elephant)
birds in flocks.”
If I were in that time,
So I had done a great job!

I always want to be
A great stone!

Hi friends!
Have you heard about
Intifadhah?
The Children of Palestine
Used the small stones
To throw the Israel troops

They were great children
They defended their land
Bravely
Only with stones!
Yes, the stones!
Intifadhah had given
Fear to Israel!
It’d be happy
If I were one of their stones!

I’m only a small stone
But I have big dreams!
I don’t want to be
Fuel of fire.

I hope Allah will put me
In paradise
And live with all believers!

 

“O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which are (appointed) angels, harsh and severe; they do not disobey Allah in what He commands them but do what they are commanded.” [At-Tahrim :6]
