Two years ago, I asked my students about their dreams.
Here are their dreams! They told me;
“I want to be a doctor!
An engineer!
I want to be a President, ha..ha!
A police!
A teacher like Ustadzah Fatma!
A journalist!
A photographer!”
“Awesome, my students! Insha’Allah your dreams will become true!” I prayed for them specially.
“Listen, my students! Have you ever heard about dreams of Palestinian Children?” I asked my student then after they talked their dreams.
“Please tell us, Ustadzah!” They asked enthusiastically.
“A lot of Palestinian Children wanted to pray at Masjid Al Aqsha freely, and safely. Only that!”
They were silence for a few times, then said, “Only that, Ustadzah?”
“Yes, they missed their masjid. Allahu Akbar!! They are amazing children! They have strong faith!”
“Subhanallah! Subhanallah! They are righteous children! We’re ashamed of them. They have beautiful dreams!” said my students.
“Your duty now, study well for Allah’s pleasure! May Allah realize your dreams, ameen. Please keep them in your prayer, probably someday you can help them to free Palestine and free Masjid Al Aqsha, insha’Allah!”
“Ameen!!”

“Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al-Aqsa, whose surroundings We have blessed, to show him of Our signs. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Seeing.” (Al-Israa:1)
*I still remember my friendship with my beautiful students. This time, they are the students in seventh grade in Junior High School. I missed them a lot.
